Change your name list

Already have an order with us? Send the updated list here. You’ll get new files, plus a reprint sheet with only the people who were added or changed.

  1. Use your order number (for example ZM-0012) from your proof email.
  2. Upload the full updated list — the whole CSV or Excel file, not just the changes.
  3. Add a note if something isn’t obvious from the list, such as a new title for one person.

Change your list as often as you like for 7 days after we send your final files. More names than you paid for? You pay the difference to the matching price tier. After 7 days, please place a new order.
