A CSV or Excel file with one person per row and one column per line of text (for example Name, Title, Company). We check the columns before we start.

Yes. We use Noto Sans TC, an open-source font that covers Traditional Chinese and English. Long or bilingual names are sized to fit and any name shrunk a lot is flagged for you to check.

Yes, for US$49 / HK$388 per design with one concept and one round of changes. If you already have approved artwork or a logo, that’s free.

Any home or office printer, or a print shop, using A4 or A3. Pre-cut badge or card sheets also work, but we need the exact brand and model or the manufacturer’s template.

Print one page on plain paper at 100% / Actual size. If it’s shifted the same way on every item, send us a photo held against the sheet and we revise the PDF free.

No. We only make the digital files, so you can print in-house or at any print shop.

After you send your list we confirm the final price. You pay once you approve the quote — the website never takes payment.

We use it only to make your files and delete it after your order is complete, unless you ask us to keep it for a repeat event. See our privacy policy.
